How to Request a Return

To be eligible for a refund, please:

• Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@juniperolive.co.uk

• Include your order number and reason for return

• Once approved, we will provide the return address

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

• Items that are used, damaged, or returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

• We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Refunds

• Original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected
